The items in our store are high ticket items and sometimes credit card companies block cards for no reason. For this reason, we will take a small initial production charge ($500) now, and the rest of the payment after we discuss payment options with you. Production of your hot tub will begin the next business day after your initial production charge has been paid. Also, we like to go over the final details of the spa in person to make sure everything is covered, including helping you with the logistics, delivery, etc… At that time, we can use the credit card to finalize the whole order, or we can arrange other methods of payment.
