By visiting and/or using this site in any way, such as browsing products or placing an order, you agree to these conditions. Please read them carefully. Your production and shipping of a custom order or in-stock order may be delayed if the balance is not received in 5 business days from the order date. Home Goods Store reserves the right to cancel the order and retain any initial installment if the customer does not pay in full within 30 days. Home Goods Store makes every effort to consult with our customers in the selection of their hot tub or sauna purchase in order to select the best configuration for their needs. All orders are final and there is a $500.00 non refundable fee for this order. Should you need to cancel an order, cancellation must occur before 9 AM EST the next day (not business day) after the order was placed either via email notification to In such case of cancellation before 9 AM EST the next day, Home Goods Store will still be entitled to the non-refundable $500.00 installment which will serve as a "cancellation fee", but will promptly refund any further balance that was paid. After 9AM PST the next day, the order is non-cancellable and non-refundable. Home Goods Store is flexible in changing attributes or options on your order if that stage of production hasn't been reached yet. If you wish to switch to another unit, you can also do this before 9 AM EST the next day.

Each manufacturer of hot tubs have their own electrical certifications. The customer is responsible for ordering a hot tub that meets their certifications for their region.

Our service promises "curb side delivery" and you will be responsible for moving and the installation of your spa. If your home is on a road which our trucks cannot go up to, we will deliver it to the closest possible location. Delivery is free except for exceptions listed in the delivery section of our web-site. Upon receiving your hot tub it will arrive in its full packaging and you must sign off you accept the product's condition. After signing the acceptance of the hot tub, you have an additional 24 hours to report (to Home Goods Store) any cosmetic or physical damages to your product which you may have noticed after you remove the packaging of your product. Outside of that period of 24 hours, Home Goods Store cannot accept the claim and will not be liable for such damages, as we have found there are many accident's with the customer moving the hot tub from the curbside to their yards (Home Goods Store responsibility is to get the product to the curbside).

Home Goods Store does its best to represent the color swatches of its spas to the best of its ability, but the color swatches are only a rough estimation of the color, the actual colors could look different because the colors ones computer screen can be different, as well as the output of the color coming from the mould can be lighter or darker. Hence Home Goods Store refers to the colors by number, which can be verified as well on its inspection reports.

For all Island Escape Spas, Home Goods Store does an independent inspection of every spa, and will not ship a spa until an elaborate testing procedure is PASSED on all tests. If anything is wrong with the spa after it is delivered, everything is covered under the spa warranty, and Home Goods Store will make its best effort to uphold the warranty for the Island Escape Spas through its parts warehouse and warranty service department. For all other spas Home Goods Store sells that are not Island Escape Spas, “Home Goods Store” does not warranty other manufacturer's spas directly in which cases warranty coverage is covered only and directly with those manufacturers. Any default by the manufacturer on warranty is not a responsibility of Home Goods Store as it does not have any warranty responsibilities for products outside of its Island Escape Spas which. Return policy: No returns. All issues are remedied by the warranty of the manufacturers.

Home Goods Store attempts to provide current and accurate information on its web sites, email and telephone communications. Home Goods Store does not, however, warrant that this information is correct, totally accurate, or complete. Information communicated by Home Goods Store is not a contract and should not be treated as such. The only remedy of a customer acting on incorrect information is to request a cancellation of the order placed as a result of this incorrect information.

You agree that the laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Service and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and the Home Goods Store or its affiliates.

Pursuant to the terms of service, you agree to submit all disputes, claims, causes of action, under California state law to arbitration before JAMS in Contra Costa County, California. You further agree that all claims, causes of action, disputes, and/or remedies deemed arbitrable under California laws shall be adjudicated first to judgement. All other incidences that are inarbitrable under California law shall be adjudicated, if necessary, after any arbitration proceeding and must be brought in the Superior Court of Contra Costa, California.

For custom orders, most of the time involved is the custom building of the hot tub to your specs. Ship time included in the invoice is the amount of time estimated in which the product will ship from our US warehouse (starting from the full payment by customer). The time to deliver to your location after it leaves our warehouse could vary between 1 and 3 weeks for remote areas.
